Berisha also called on the international community to intervene in the conflict, calling Syrian strongman Bashar Al-Assad a war criminal who was committing acts of genocide against his own people. ?

?The creation of a no fly zone and humanitarian corridors would speed up the process of bringing down this dictator,? Berisha said.
