Of All the Stars in the Sky RPers Wanted!

On the top of a mountain in a small town in Australia there is three schools St.Raikou, St.Kanhuri, and St.Myou. The three schools are all girls academy, each school has there specialty. Raikou is known for its smarts and book worms, they are the more intelligent ones. Kanhuri is know for competitiveness and sportsmanship, they are really good with sports and has more of the stubborn students. Myou is know for having artsy students, and ones that just don?t fit into the other two academys, they are more carefree and very random. Raikou and Kanhuri students are known revivals and Myou students sorta just float in between. Each academy has a student council that represents the school, but because two schools have a big rivalry between each other they have two students that represents each of the schools, they call them Etoile. They have certain specific duties, such as greeting new students, participating in important school events, and serving as mediator between disputes in student council meetings of the three schools, among others. They are given a private greenhouse in which to grow flowers for use during school events. The Etoile election is a big even that happens every two years. They go through a sports, intelligent and artsy competitions and whatever two does the best becomes the Etoile. The Etoile are given two pendant necklaces, one is red and one is blue. The younger of the two Etoile are given the red pendant while the blue one goes to the eldest.

Plot:
Fourteen students have found each other mixed in each others lives some way or another. There is romances and fights happening along the girls. There is only one Etoile at the moment because a tragic accident (that will be mentioned later in the rp), now they are going to be holding another competition for someone to become the second Etoile. A new student finds herself being the attention from the current Etoile which could be good or bad. The Etoile has sort of withdrawn herself from everyone and the student council presidents are having a hard time agreeing with each others ideas. Will the new Etoile be who everyone wants? Will the Etoile finally come back from her darkness and depression? Will the romances end up good or bad? We will just have to see in...
